2 Years!!

It's mine and Braden's 2 year Anniversary! I can't believe that it's already been 2 years. Time flies when you're having fun!! I'm so grateful for Braden and all that he does for me and the kids. He is a great Daddy and Husband! This year Braden took me to Lagoon for our anniversary. We had so much fun. It was fun to get out just the two of us. I've posted some of my favorite pictures from our wedding!

Our Big Preschoolers!

Well our first week of preschool is over! The boys had such a good time, they both love it!!! We went to an open house last week to meet their teacher and see where they would be going. Miss Steffanie was great, the boys loved her. She gave them a homework folder with some homework in it. They went right home and did it that night. Jaxon is fast and loves it. Alek gives us trouble and doesn't want to do it. I think he gets frustrated, because Jaxon is faster and knows more letters. We were nervous that Alek was going to cry when we left him at school. We walked them inside and they went to the table and went right to work. They didn't even blink an eye when we left. They had a great time!!! I can't believe that they are big enough to be going to school.

After we dropped the boys off, we went to go get some breakfast. Braden let Joye drive down the road. She was into it. She knew that you had to turn the wheel and she kept reaching down and shifting. Every once in a while she would reach over and play with the radio. It's amazing how observant she is. She didn't want any help either. Every time Braden would try to steer Joye would balk and grab his fingers and rip his hands off. He kept grabbing on so she just ended up holding his thumbs in her hands and trying to drive. When we made her get back in her seat she bawled.

We went to the park and ate our breakfast. It was a little chilly so Braden put one of his shirts on Joye. She loved the little slide at the park. She would slide down then turn around and climb up the slide, then slide down again. She had so much fun

Friend Pictures!

Me and my 2 best friends, Katelyn and Monica, decided that we should get our pictures taken. Monica's boyfriend Travis took them for us. He did an amazing job! Thanks Trav! We spent most of the time laughing and being goofy, but we did get some good ones. We have too much fun together! The first scrapbook page is our good pictures. The last 2 are our goofy ones.

Son Of A Bee!

We were at Braden's parents and the boys wanted to jump on the tramp. Alek was already up there and Jaxon was climbing up, he put his hand on the frame and a wasp flew up, stung his hand and then twice on the side of his face. We rushed him inside to take care of him. While we were inside we heard Alek start screaming, I ran out and the wasp had stung him on his forehead. We put some Aspirin paste on them and they were fine. The rest of the day they were totally normal. We went home and went to bed and when they woke up they looked like this...

Alek's forehead and down his nose were swollen, I think he looked like a Klingon from Star Trek. Jaxon just looked like he got in fight, his eye was swollen and his looked bruised. We got them some Benadryl and we went on with our day. And by the end of the night before they went to bed, they looked like this...

Jaxon's was a little better. But poor Alek just kept getting worse. This morning when they woke up, their faces look a little better, but not back to normal. Poor boys.

Also this weekend Joye got her first PONY TAIL!!!!! I never thought this day would come! I put an elastic in then put in a little bow, and her hair isn't long enough to poke out. But I can't complain, at least she can have a pony!

We also had another pet for a few days. I was in the backyard feeding the dogs and found a pretty big snail. I brought it in to show the boys and Jaxon kept saying, "Oh he's so cute can we keep him" So I gave in and got a container and the boys went out and got dirt, sticks and rocks. Jaxon named him Gary the Snail. How original huh?

South Weber Days!

Last weekend was South Weber Days. We had a fun time. The boys got to ride on the dance float, then they danced at the park. We ate lunch and had fun looking at the booths and playing on the toys. We spent the day at Ricky's house, then went to fireworks that night! Joye fell asleep as we were walking to the park and slept through the entire show.

We let the boys get spray on tattoos. They thought they were so cool.

Jaxon got a soccer ball with flames and Alek got a baseball with flames.

Before dinner Raimee decided to give herself a facial and Joye didn't want to be left out. So Raimee put cucumbers on her face for her. She left them on for a pretty long time. She took one off her cheek and started to eat it. My favorite is the cucumber on top of her head!
My camera's settings were messed up and i didn't realize until I got the pictures on the computer. I tried to lighten them up the best I could so that's why the pictures are weird.
